Refund policy
1. Overview
At ReTeeGolf, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, receive the wrong item, or find a fault, this policy sets out how returns and refunds work. It applies to all products purchased from www.reteegolf.co.uk.
2. Your Legal Rights
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods and then a further 14 days to return them. This means a total of up to 28 days (notice + return period) for a cancellation for change of mind. This is in addition to your statutory rights if the item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
3. Changes of Mind / Unwanted Goods
If you simply change your mind, you may return items that:

Are in their original condition

Are unused, unwashed and undamaged

Have all original tags and packaging intact
To return goods under this policy:

Once confirmed, send the item back within a further 14 days

You are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of delivery)

Provide your order number and photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost
We may ask you to return the item before issuing the refund or replacement; in such cases we will advise the return method and refund your reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.
5. How to Return Items
Please package returned items securely and include:
